Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the PokerDrill mobile application ("App"), provided by Mingle Zeng ("we", "us"). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to use PokerDrill.
- You must comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
- If poker training apps are restricted where you live, do not install or use this App.
2. What PokerDrill Is — and Is NOT
2.1 What it IS
- A training and education tool for Texas Hold'em poker strategy
- An offline-first single-player practice environment with AI opponents
- A GTO (Game Theory Optimal) reference and review tool
2.2 What it is NOT
- ❌ NOT a real-money gambling platform. No real money, virtual currency exchangeable for value, or items of real-world value are involved.
- ❌ NOT a multiplayer poker room. All opponents are AI bots. There is no player-vs-player betting.
- ❌ NOT a gambling endorsement. Mastery of GTO strategy does not guarantee profit or success in any real-world game.
- ❌ NOT financial or legal advice. Any "EV" or "win rate" displayed is theoretical and educational.
3. Subscriptions and Purchases
3.1 Free Tier
The free tier of PokerDrill includes the full training loop: AI battles, Mistake Book, Rapid/Range/Scenario drills, and 3 AI Coach reviews per day.
3.2 PokerDrill Pro
Pro is sold via Google Play Billing in three SKUs:

Pricing in your local currency is set automatically by Google Play.
3.3 Auto-Renewal
- Subscriptions automatically renew 24 hours before expiry unless cancelled.
- Manage or cancel at any time via Google Play Store → Account → Subscriptions.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
3.4 Refunds
Refunds are governed by Google Play's refund policy. We can request refunds on your behalf but cannot directly issue them. Contact support@pokerdrill.app for assistance.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the App
- Modify, redistribute, or sell the App or its content
- Use automated scripts to abuse the AI Coach API
- Misrepresent App content as endorsement of real-money gambling
- Use the App in jurisdictions where poker-related apps are prohibited
5. Intellectual Property
The App, including all code, design, AI models, GTO data, illustrations, and the "PokerDrill" name and logo, is owned by Mingle Zeng and protected by copyright. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial training only.
6. Disclaimers
- The App is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind.
- We do not guarantee the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or always available.
- GTO calculations are approximations. Real-world poker outcomes depend on variance, opponents, and many factors outside our control.
- AI Coach feedback is generated by a large language model and may occasionally be inaccurate. Use it as a learning aid, not as absolute truth.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to the App shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the past 12 months (or USD $50, whichever is greater).
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Shenzhen, Guangdong, China.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
